Your four-legged friends are part of your story, and we are happy to welcome them at Hotel Otočec Castle.
We accept:
• Dogs (not belonging to potentially dangerous breeds, older than 6 months)
• Cats (in cages)
• Guide dogs – they stay for free
Please inform us about your pet when booking.
Their stay is charged according to the current price list, and the number of rooms for pet stays is limited.
To ensure a pleasant stay for all guests, please follow some simple rules:
- Your pet should always be supervised during the stay – dogs cannot be left alone in the room, and in public areas they must be on a leash or in a crate, and wear a muzzle if necessary.
- Dogs and cats are not allowed on beds; a mat for their comfort is provided in the room.
- Maintain cleanliness and quiet – clean up after them and ensure they do not disturb other guests.
- Pets must be healthy, microchipped, protected against parasites, and have a valid veterinary passport.
- Pets are not allowed in restaurants, pools, wellness centers, fitness or medical areas (except guide dogs).
- A maximum of two pets are allowed per hotel room.
- As the owner, you are responsible for any damage or inconvenience caused by your pet.
- Unregistered pets incur an additional fee, and the hotel reserves the right to cancel the stay.
